Key Terms
- Workflow - A prescribed sequence of actions to follow when responding to an alert. At Watchful, our philosophy is to provide all the relevant information (like site contacts) and tools (talk-down capabilities, and live view) in one intuitive interface - tailored to each specific scenario. For example, during a ''Possibly Staff" workflow, the relevant site contacts will be displayed automatically, so you won't need to search through other pages or spreadhseets.
- Intruder workflow -A workflow specifically designed to invesigate a possible intrusion and to precisely follow your company's SOP's.
Possibly Staff workflow - Another essential workflow designed to help you determine whether detected individuals are friend or foe.
Key Holder - A designated individual responsible for accessing and securing a monitored site, especially during incidents or after-hours events. Key holders are typically the first point of contact when on-site presence is required and may be contacted by monitoring agents in response to alerts.
Add Offender - A feature that allows you to select any person within an image, prompting Quill to automatically generate a description. This helps quickly document individuals involved in an incident for future reference or reporting.
Map Function - An interactive, navigable map view of the sites you are monitoring. This feature is especially useful when directing law enforcement or responders to the precise location of an incident, enhancing response accuracy and efficiency.
